At these events - preferably a mixture of culture and chemistry - the focus is not only on discovering new horizons but also on socialising with the senior citizens. This first excursion on 23 May 2007 was organised by Holger Bengs; all subsequent tours were organised by Wolfgang Gerhartz, sometimes with strong support from Eva Wille, Klaus-Peter Jäckel and Hans-Uwe von Grabowski.
