Esslingen University - Chemical Engineering/Paint and Varnish
In the nationwide ranking by the Centre for Higher Education Development (CHE) for the 2019/2020 "Zeit-Campus" study guide, Esslingen University achieved excellent results in several degree programmes. The Faculty of Natural Sciences achieved very good results with the Bachelor's degree programme - Chemical Engineering/Paint and Coating. Of the 26 universities that offer a Bachelor's degree programme in Chemical Engineering in Germany, 18 took part in the CHE ranking. The students from Esslingen rated the general study situation, the study organisation, the career orientation offers and cooperation with practice as very good. This means that Esslingen's Chemical Engineering/Paint and Coating degree programme achieved the best rating of all universities of applied sciences in Germany. The CHE ranking is the most comprehensive and detailed ranking in the German-speaking world. The CHE has analysed more than 300 universities and universities of applied sciences. In addition to facts about studying, teaching and research, the ranking includes students' judgements on the study conditions at their university.
