Here are the highlights of the Science Forum 2023 from 4 to 6 September in Leipzig.

Here are the highlights of the Science Forum 2019 in Aachen and the Science Forum 2021 (Online).

The GDCh Science Forum Chemistry (WiFo)

Until 2023, the GDCh organised the GDCh Science Forum Chemistry (WiFo) every two years at different locations in Germany. International scientists of distinction were also invited to give lectures at this most important German chemistry congress.

The GDCh also regularly presented some of its most prestigious prizes and awards at the WiFo.

The "WiFo" was a platform on which chemistry presented itself in all its breadth as an integrative scientific discipline and branch of industry. Over four days with a lecture programme, exhibition, poster session, networking evenings and career day decision-makers, forward-thinkers and forward-makers met to exchange knowledge and experience.

In addition to researchers and decision-makers from all areas of chemistry, visitors also included graduates of chemistry degree programmes, school students and media representatives.
