Rethinking chemistry - we need chemistry to tackle global challenges such as climate change, energy transformation and feeding more and more people around the world. But it's not just about making existing methods and processes better and more sustainable. In many areas, we have to break completely new ground, throw the old ways overboard and develop something new, in other words, completely rethink them.
For this reason, the GDCh Executive Board decided in 2022 to declare Rethinking Chemistry the GDCh motto. Rethinking Chemistry is intended to provide space for new thoughts and ideas on all topics to which chemistry can and must make valuable contributions
Here you will find a collection of all contributions and activities relating to Rethinking Chemistry. The collection will be continuously expanded. The latest posts can be found above.
