Online lecture series "Thinking outside the box"

The LChG's online lecture series "Looking beyond the horizon" was launched during the coronavirus pandemic in 2021 and takes place annually. The series covers a variety of topics that can go beyond pure food chemistry and deal with current developments and interdisciplinary aspects. The lectures are given by experts from various fields and are partly made accessible via YouTube. Topics include, for example, the Tobacco Products Act, the assessment of consumer goods in law and the monitoring of cosmetics. The lecture series offers a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience and contributes to the deepening of the various facets of food chemistry and its neighbouring disciplines.
