The Food Chemistry Days are one of the most important and successful supra-regional events of the LChG, concentrating on selected key topics, at which not only the working groups present their activities, but also experts from all areas of food chemistry contribute to the programme with lectures and posters. Every year, prizes are awarded for the best posters. This includes a company exhibition, a job fair organised by the AG Junge Lebensmittelchemie (AG JLC) and other workshops organised by the AG JLC.
