The series of Late Summer Workshops (LSW), which take place at irregular intervals, is a forum for young scientists. In an informal atmosphere, young scientists from Germany and abroad come into contact with internationally renowned water experts and present their research. The character of the events is based on the Gordon Research Conferences. In addition to the scientific programme (including plenary lectures and a large poster exhibition), the workshops offer space for joint leisure activities such as walks or hikes, interactive games or simply chatting.
