AG University Teaching

The primary aim of the University Teaching Working Group is to exchange information and suggestions between university lecturers from the university institutes where the Food Chemistry degree programme is offered. In discussions on current topics, the aim is to develop consensual opinions. Other fixed items on the agenda are reports from the chairman of the LChG and the editor of the journal "Lebensmittelchemie". The working group is made up of around 40 active members.
