Who we are - What we do

With a network of around 1900 members, the Fachgruppe Chemieunterricht (FGCU) offers a wide range of activities and information to improve the quality and performance of chemistry teaching. These include, for example

  • Annual conferences with practical lectures and workshops
  • Awards for outstanding achievements in chemistry teaching
  • Working groups on various aspects of chemistry teaching
  • Subscription to the journals CHEMKON and Chemie in unserer Zeit at a preferential price (must be taken out separately)
  • the preparation and publication of statements and printed works on all aspects of chemistry teaching and teacher training

As a member of the FGCU, you are invited to contribute your interests and exchange ideas with colleagues from schools, universities, science and industry. Become part of the network.
