Since 2025, the ADUC has honoured three speakers with the ADUC Lecture Award as part of the Chemistry Lecturers' Conference The award is associated with an award certificate and prize money of 300 euros each. During the CDT, all conference participants will have the opportunity to vote on the presentations and thus determine the award winners. The prizes will be awarded in the closing session of the conference.

First presentation of the ADUC Lecture Awards on the occasion of the CDT 2025 on 19 March 2025 in Braunschweig by Prof. Dr Hans-Dieter Arndt (ADUC Chair):

• Series A: Jake L. Greenfield (Würzburg), "Driving transimination reactions uphill with imine photoswitches"
• Series B: Schirin Hanf (Karlsruhe), "Short-bite angle hybrid ligands and their transition metal complexes - towards photo-optical and catalytic applications"
• Series C: Anna Krawczuk (Göttingen), "Functionalization of π-conjugated solid-state photoluminescent materials"
